Good evening everyone! Two big events are happening tomorrow: our fundraiser dinner and team photos. Fundraiser: we will start serving our take out dinners at 5, please be to the school as close to 4 as possible to help start the packaging process. Our caterer will provide direction, so each person can have a job and participate. Due to photos scheduled the same night, and beginning close to 5:30, please bring your swimmer if it works for you! They can run meals to cars, help with meal prep, etc. Photos are slated to begin around 5:30 starting with alphabetical order A-L. Kids need to be ready to begin photos by 5:10. Please have your kids dress in their team suit (if they have one) or another suit they will be swimming in. The kids will not be in the pool so makeup and hair is appropriate if they wish. The team photo will be around 6 pm, followed by swimmers with the last name M-Z. Mel will have extra photo forms available at the pool. Dinner will be done by 7, and we hope to be completely out of the building by 7:45-8. It takes many hands, and every person is valuable.
